PSN Conference Points 3.

As always, more updates from and after the PSN conference detailing the hacking.

Sony had included a diagram on how the hack happened (source credit
goes to Ripten):

Today, it has been clarified in the PS Blog that usernames were not
encrypted, but passwords were protected utilizing Hash for security. This changes the
assumption and rumors that all information was in plain text.

Sony has taken down SOE's servers because they found similar exploits
to those found in PSN's severs.

Stay tuned as more info details come along.
